Annual Banquet

Each May, we cap off the end of our membership year with our annual banquet and installation of officers.

This members-only event features hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner, cash bar, party favors, door prizes, and a special guest lecture presented by an expert in their field.

The annual Banquet will be May 2, 2025 at the Classics V Restaurant, 2425 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, NY 14228 in the Terrace Room with guest speaker, Scott Mckenzie who will be joining us for a second time to talk to us about meteorites.

***Please bring one item per-person for the gift raffle so that everyone leaves with a prize.

Doors traditionally open at 6:30 PM with dinner served at 7, followed by our guest presentation and installation of new officers.

Door prizes are drawn intermittently throughout the night; so be sure to stay until all the prizes are awarded (we don’t want to take anything back with us)!
