Humble Beginnings

The Buffalo Geological Society was founded in 1938. Its purpose is to bring together people that enjoy learning, studying, collecting and sharing in a friendly atmosphere their common interest in the geological sciences and related fields such as Mineralogy, Paleontology and the Lapidary Arts.
